Tomb Raider the Cradle of Life Soundtrack
Description
Opening track "Heart go Faster" from the Davey Brothers (reminiscent of U2's "Elevation") sets a high standard which is generally met throughout. Alexandra Slate, The Dandy Warhols, Lunatic Calm, Sloth, Kasabian, and 3rd Strike all contribute great tracks to this album. Yeah, I hadn't heard of any of them either!
As with the soundtrack to the first Tomb Raider movie this is an album of artists you have probably never heard of (apart from the odd one or two) that you will not regret buying!
Oddly there is no sign of Korn's "Did my Time", one of the soundtrack singles, not that I'm complaining about it!
If you like a bit of soft rock, a bit of light drum and base, a smidgen of rap and a little dance - this is for you! Oh yeah - and there's one classical track from t e score of the film called "Pandora's Box" but don't worry, its conveniently placed on the end so its easily skipped!
