We have the latest news from the gaming world right here…
Bethesda Softworks’ hit open world RPG series Fallout, will have a new addition this year for PC, Xbox One and PS4. Fallout 4′s official website went live slightly ahead of schedule, showing the fans the official box art and confirming this title will not be released on PS3 or Xbox 360.
No release date has been confirmed, although excitingly we could be playing Fallout 4 in 2015. On Bethesda’s online store the title was initially marked as ‘TBA 2015′, this has now changed to ‘TBA’, but GAME and Australian retailer EB Games have the game listed as a 2015 release.
The official trailer has now been released, and interestingly the principle character appears to act as a narrator. It is not clear if this is intended to be a playable character, but a voiced protagonist would be a first in the series and an exciting change to the norm. The trailer graphically does not demonstrate much of an improvement in graphics from Fallout 3, however the scenes depiction of the pre and post- apocalyptic world are certainly breathtaking.
Fallout 4 takes place in Boston, and has many real world places to explore in a post-apocalyptic world. Todd Howard who is directing the project previously worked on Elder Scrolls Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim and Fallout 3 so you can expect great things from him this time around.

According to certification documents spotted on the U.S Federal Communications Commission (FCC) site, Sony are going to be releasing two new PS4 models. The rumoured new models are numbered CUH-125A version which has a 500GB HDD, and the CUH-1215B version has a crazy 1TB hard drive.
It has not been made apparent that the new models will get a full remodel; apart from the fact the PS4 already boasts a very slick and stylish design, Also the dimensions of the console will not change, so any slight design changes that are implemented will not change the overall appearance all that much.
The most notable component changes are the power source, lowered from 250 to 230 watts, similarly amperage was 2.5-1.15 amps and is now 2.3-0.95 amps. The overall weight of the console will be reduced from 2.8kg to 2.5kg.
Sony have yet to comment on the matter, however they are expected to make an official announcement at their E3 press conference on the 16th of June.
On the 5th of June the long awaited sci-fi dungeon crawler RPG, Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy comes to PS VITA. Set in near future Tokyo you must fight for your life against Variants which are genetically modified monsters.
You play as part of the Xth squad a unique group of teens, who have been genetically modified by the CPA (Code Physics Agency) in order to investigate the mysteries causing havoc in Tokyo. In the game you must evade countless traps, face and defeat terrifying monsters and solve the mystery of the abyss.
Operation Abyss is a remake of the the first two games of the Generation Xth Trilogy, that was a big hit in Japan and released in 2008. It’s made by Experience Inc the same company that developed Demon Gaze another sensational dungeon crawler RPG.
You have the option to play in classic or basic mode. The story does not change in either of these settings, however there is a lot of variation between the character options. In classic mode you can customise every aspect of your character, where as in basic mode you have around a dozen still shots to choose between.

This will be the first game in the series that takes the RPG experience online, there aren’t many console MMORPGs, so this is a very welcome addition to our gaming collection.
